It's easy to post a picture or a video on youtube or ofacebook. You can also send picutures and videos to someone's mobile phone. But you must be vary careful about what you post.

Ellie was very frightened when pictures of her were posted online and posting the video of her getting angry was a form of bullying

Once you post something online you lose control of it. Evien if you delete it straight away, someone may have copied it and sent it to all of their friends.

Here's the golden rule:

Never post anything on the internet that you wouldn't want your parents ot teachers to see.
